Chacetea Bracey

Assistant 2's Teacher

Chacetea Bracey is the assistant teacher in the 2’s classroom. After graduating high school, she studied Culinary Arts at The Art Institute of Atlanta and went on to work in the banquet field for Wolfe Gang Puck at the Georgia Aquarium Ballroom while also working as an administrative assistant in an early childhood center. She has been in the early childhood field since 2003 in roles such as chef, lead teacher, office coordinator, and assistant director. Chacetea holds certification in Infant-Toddler Early Childhood Education. She absolutely loves what she does and feels that when children are nurtured, loved, and provided with positive guidance, they can thrive throughout the rest of their lives. She gets great joy seeing each of the children’s faces when she enters the room and is greeted with tiny waves and smiles each morning. She is humbled to know that she can impart knowledge, encourage creativity, and reinforce individuality in each little one she has met in the over 22 years that she has been in the early childhood profession. She is most thankful for the parents who continue to entrust their “precious cargo” to her daily.

Chacetea (pronounced “Chasity”) is an Atlanta native who currently lives in Powder Springs, GA, where she has resided for over 7 years. She is the mother of 4 wonderful children, 3 daughters ages 23, 22, and 12, and a son is 18. She is happy to be part of the Samsky Preschool team of wonderful teachers.
