We do our best to deliver exclusive, relevant information right to your inbox. We respect your wishes to unsubscribe, but please know that we are always here if you decide to continue receiving emails from us.

The Children's Foundation

Marcus Autism Center is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.

Marcus Autism Center will not intentionally share the contents of any email or information submitted via the internet with any third party. However, due to the nature of electronic communications, we cannot and do not provide any assurances that the contents of your email will not become known or accessible to third parties. We urge you not to provide any confidential information about you and/or your or your child’s health to us via electronic communication. 

By submitting your information via an online form, you are provided the opportunity to receive communication from us. You may later decide to stop receiving this communication.  If you are a member of our Foundation Online Community and want to stop receiving communications, you may go to here, log in as you normally would, and change your email preference.

Secure donations

Credit card donations will be made through the Children's Foundation donation forms. You will be asked to enter your name, credit card number and billing information. This information allows us to process your donation and to provide you with an e-mail receipt.

As a donor, you can choose to give anonymously (without giving your name) or to provide Marcus Autism Center with your personal information.

Using credit cards

If you use your credit card to make a donation or pay a bill at Marcus Autism Center, you will need to put in your information. An e-mail receipt will be sent for your records.

Credit card information is not kept on the Marcus Autism Center or Children’s Foundation websites. It stays with a third party that keeps all private and credit card data. We take no responsibility for a third party’s privacy notice.

Compliance

Employees, volunteers, contractors and vendors have the opportunity to report compliance concerns online. All users have the option to remain anonymous. Visit choa.ethicspoint.com to report a concern.

Marcus Autism Center, as an affiliate of Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, has set up a compliance program to help us follow all federal, state and local laws. This will help us not only meet our legal duties, but it helps us keep our high ethical standards.
