Bonnie Minter joined Marcus Autism Center in 2010. She provides evaluation and intervention recommendations for children with developmental and behavioral issues. She also works with the inpatient feeding program at Marcus Autism Center during treatment.
Most recently, Minter was awarded grant as co-investigator to explore risk factors in late premature infants and autism.
Minter has been a pediatric nurse since 1986, and a pediatric nurse practitioner since 1999. Her practice included hospital-based care, home care, hospice and outpatient direct care and case coordination for children and adolescents with chronic illnesses.
Minter received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Emory University, Master of Science in Maternal Child Nursing from Boston College and Pediatric Nurse Practitioner Certificate from Georgia State University.
Diagnosed with autism when he was just a year old, Ryan Cartledge is now 18 with a bright future ahead of him. His father says, "Marcus Autism Center changed Ryan's life."
