The Tom and Karen Chapman Care Coordination Services team supports families at Marcus Autism Center by working directly with them and their clinical care providers to identify and access necessary services and resources.
The Care Coordination team provides family-centered care. Families can expect to be treated as a partner, recognized as the expert on their family, and to receive information and assistance that respects culture and family preferences.
If your child is receiving services at Marcus Autism Center, ask one of your providers to refer you to the Care Coordination Program.

His older brother, Arthur, also has autism and completed the Marcus Autism Center Early Intervention Program. “We had seen such great progress with Arthur, so we knew that we needed to start Max in the program, too,” Max’s mother, Therese, said.
