About us

Our leadership team supports every facet of Marcus Autism Center’s leading work in pediatric autism research and care. Our leaders publish in leading scientific journals, serve as experts on panels, give keynote addresses, and receive national and international recognition for their work. They’re committed to evolving the standards of care to meet the urgent need for diagnosis, treatment, research and advocacy—for all children.

In 2018, Ami Klin, PhD, Director of Marcus Autism Center, was honored with the Ruane Prize by the Brain and Behavior Research Foundation. The Ruane Prize recognizes outstanding achievement in child and adolescent psychiatric research. It is deemed one of the nation’s most prestigious prizes for research into neuropsychiatric disorders.
